I am using the countif function to count the number of cells in a column that contain 3 different, but specific text. I've got that part. However, I want to place the results into one cell that would display 10 - 5 - 1. Is there anyone that can help? I would really appreciate it. Thank You.
A workbook would help better but based on your description:
=COUNTIF(Range1,Criteria2) & " - " & COUNTIF(Range2, Criteria2) & " - " & COUNTIF(Range3, Criteria3)

If I understand what you're trying to do...
=COUNTIF(...)&" - "&COUNTIF(...)&" - "&COUNTIF(...)
