How to Convert Multiples lists to individual datas

I have a master data sheet where in Column A the entries are repeated. I have the customer name in it, but the same is repeated. And say i have 150 customers but teh number of cells will be 1000 to 2000 where teh 150 names will be repeated 5 to 6 times.
I i need to just take teh list of the names of these 150 customers from the list and paste then separately, is there a process to do the same?

By using pivot table you can get the list
