Good morning. I got some wonderful help last week on conditional formatting. The attached file is almost perfect. I can not figure out how to get all the cells in a row to highlight if the final column is not blank. I have gotten it to work on a single row but am not sure how to apply it to all the rows. I would like to grey out a row if the final cell (approval date) is filled in. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You're nearly right. Change the CF in A4 to
i.e. make the row reference relative not absolute, and then APPLY it to $A$4:$A$78Formula:
