Help with If fourmula with text, division, and multiplication

problem:
Column A has specific names
Column B has specific times in mins
Column C has the number of task completed in said time

I wanted to have a overall average per person of how many task were completed in a hour

The fourmula that solved my issue, as simplified as I could get it with the help of others

=SUMIF(A:A,"*Dave*",C:C)/SUMIF(A:A,"*Dave*",B:B)*60

so if Dave is in cell A1 (and other rows in column A) and his parts correspond in column B and his time in column C, I would think that something like... =SUMIF(A:A,A1,B:B)/SUMIF(A:A,A1,C:C) might work.
