Duplicate variation in current scope

In my userform, Im using code that pulls information from a list in my excel worksheet to be used in a listbox in my userform.

Now my problem is, I need to do the same again from a different sheet within the same worksheet, but get the error, Duplicate variation in current scope.
I know it is because Im trying to use

but I dont know how to fix it.

Dont be too technical with any answers, im still learning.
