How to I convert the split binary bit to hex number

Hi.
I've got a quite a bit long binary number as the below image,
then I want to convert to the hex num.
Is there any way to make hex number as 32bit?

Thanks but what I meant it is just using the value column not using the bin.

I want to make a hex number, [31:0] hex number from just using the 'value' column
