Highlight cells without printing the color?

I have a worksheet that contains cells that will never change and cells that will change. I'd like to highlight (or fill..) the cells that i need to change, but i dont want that highlight COLOR to print when i send it to the printer. It's only for visual purposes.. so that i quickly see which cells i need to input data.

    for example:

    1.jpg

I don't want the yellow color to print, only the text.. so when it prints, it looks like this:

    2.jpg

any quick way to do this?

No quick way. One almost quick way is to create a second sheet that has formulas that simply point back to the first sheet, so it is a mirror of the first sheet. It should have all the same formatting as the first sheet. You apply your colors only to the first sheet, and then print the second sheet when you need to print.

A really awful way is to create a macro that removes all the highlighting, prints the sheet, then restores all the highlighting. I mention it for completeness but don't recommend it.

This macro will copy the contents of Sheet2 to Sheet 1, omitting any formatting.
