Finding Multiple Variables in a Table

Years ago I was a semi-regular member of this forum and used the name BigBadBill. The company I worked for then, and it's attenuate email address, are gone so you can kill that account. That said I find myself with a bit of a dilemma. I have a column, AH, with 109 words. Each word is used at least once and, often, several more times. I need to account for all uses and note which row they are in. So, for example, accomplished should return T13, T16. And so on for each word on down. Short of going insane clicking Ctrl+F all day I was hoping there was a better way. I've attached the spreadsheet in question. At least I think I did. I could only get the "Manage Attachments" button to work and uploaded the file there. It's the only one there so hopefully someone can see it.
