Lines in a Chart

Dear Excel Gurus

I have a bar chart with 2 seres and with std deviations for both of them. And I want to create to horizontal lines to to delimit two different sections of the chart: basically I want to create to pointed lines one at 1500 and the other at 300 in my YY axis (So they become horizontal lines).

Can you please help me doing this?
