    UNDO not working

I have a macro-enabled sheet that was working fine.
Then I saved, and repoened and was repaired.
Then some print option was removed...
and now I can't UNDO steps on my spreadhseet.

my VBA works with active cell, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

    Re: UNDO not working

Yes, the use of ACTIVE macros that are constantly updating things in the background can and usually does remove the UNDO stack.

And before you ask, the workaround is to not have active macros in the background running all the time, change your macros into on-demand macros, so you only lose your UNDO stack when you manually activate your macros.

    Re: UNDO not working

Any action by a macro that changes the environment (a cell value, a format, a range name, most anything you can think of) flushes the Undo buffer.

Whenever you run a macro it kills the undo stack.

    Re: UNDO not working

You can't retain this functionality and have an UNDO stack.
