How do i get sort function to know I'm using a header by default

I have a sheet that I use sort on a lot and if it doesnt know i have a header it messes it up. I can click on the custom button and click "my data has headers" button but when i close and open the file it goes back to not being default. Is there a way to make it default on load up?

Maybe set filters and use that do do the sort?
    1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)

I cant use filters on this specific sheet... well i can but it makes it ugly and harder to use. But it will fix the issue if thats all i can do.

is there a way to put a filter on just 2 columns?

You could apply the filter to just 1 column, if you want. Just know that the columns outside the filter range wont get sorted

ok bummer that wont work then. Ill have to use the full filter or just always make sure to select the, my data has headers, checkbox then.
