Need help - Need a formula to extract data when certain criteria is met

I need help with a formula. I have a spreadsheet attached. This is showing transactions that happen on our shift at work. Im looking for a formula that will extract the entire row from columns A through H into columns K through R if certain criteria is met -
Find all the duplicates in column E, if the name in column A is different on each row of those duplicates then copy the row of each duplicate from columns A through H into columns K through R.
In my example I highlighted the 4 rows that have duplicates in column E and column A has a different name. When the happens those rows should be copied into rows K through R if possible.
