Monthly Data Dump into Formatted Worksheet

I have data I download every month that is just the numbers with no formatting or anything, but it downloads the same way every time. What is the easiest way to set up a workbook with formatted sheets that will automatically insert the information once I download the data. I was thinking that I can always save the data sheet as the first sheet in the workbook that has the formatted sheets and have a formula in the columns (monthly columns) that will automatically pull from the same place in the data sheet. Does that make sense? Do you think there is another/better/easier way to do it?

I have attached a sample of the data download and of the formatted workbook. There will be about 50 homes total (though it will grow by about 10 homes a year). I will need to track this monthly.

im going to assume that the unformatted file is this months upload and change the date accordingly to 1st April

add this data into newly added "Data" worksheet
i also added the Federal Provider Number (which i assume is unique to the provider)
then i added new sumifs formula into Overall rating to pull data based on
    Federal provider number and date

Re: Monthly Data Dump into Formatted Worksheet

Thank you for your help. The only problem is that I will be adding a column and replacing the data tab with new information each month. Would it be best if I added all the columns upfront?
