    Combining and Filtering Worksheets

    Hi,
Is there a way of combining multiple worksheets into one? I'm ultimately trying to combine a bunch of tables I exported from a PDF into excel all into one worksheet, then filter them all only showing students who are 'enrolled'. Then I want to matchup the list of names in the worksheet to a spreadsheet containing all the email addresses in this organization. Then I want to create a mail merge emailing anyone who is enrolled.

    Thanks,
    Al

Yes it is possible. But confirm all worksheet data structure are same.
If you attach sample workbook its more easy to resolved matter.

    Awk,

I'm sorry but I shouldn't upload those spreadsheets to this forum. I will figure it out. Thanks though.

Maybe this will help. I'm trying to export a PDF into a foirmat I can put into a database and use for a mail merge. So far the best export I was able to get looks like this:

    ---------------------Page 1---------------------

    Course Version: 1 Begin: 1/1/2017 12:59 PM Capacity: 250

After the 'total enrolled' section on the last line is another list of trainees. This repeats over and over. To make this work in excel I have to get all the columns in, and make a new column that lists the course number associated with each trainee. The Begin and end date have to get their own column as well.
How would you go about getting this export into excel along with the columns containing the info in the headers?

    Thanks,
    Al
