Not enough resources error

Hello everyone,
My first post
on a a particular file I open I get a error of not enough resources to complete task, choose less data or close other apps. The file is not overly large but has 200 sheets and is used for tracking spending I can open any other excel file without issue. suggestions appreciated.

200 sheets is quite a few more than the 'typical' excel file however the number of sheets itself won't be causing the issue.

The amount of cells contains data will add to the file size, however any formulas in the file will refresh each time you open and this can be an exhaustive task.

So am I to live with it? Is there a setting that can be changed to help this issue?

You can look to make your file leaner by improving formulas and functions or reducing the amount of content, or you can get more memory or you can upload a file and see if anyone is happy to help tidy it up for you.
