Please see the attached worksheet.
I want to find the value in column A that is the lowest of all the values in column A where the value in column B is 1.
In this example, the answer would be 2.
That's because cell A7 (with value of 2) is the cell with lowest value of all the cells in column A where the value in column B is 1.
The actual worksheet I am using is much larger, so a formula that is efficient and with low processing overhead would be especially valuable.
