Change few similar tables (raw data) into one using formulas.

    problem.jpg

    Hi,

at work I need to convert one pdf file into excel which after conversion looks more or less like in table A (pic attached).
I need to make it to look like table B.
The number of pages of pdf file shown in the example is 3 but it can vary.
Numbers an values of rows (22,33,44) my change as well.
Only number of columns in consistent although it may be different on last page.
Generally I need formulas to change table A to B after pasting raw data like in table A into excel sheet and be able to reed it like in the table B.
I know it can't be done in one step with one formula, it is more complex although I can;t come up with solution myself.
Hope I made myself clear enough.

    Regards

It would help if you attached a sample Excel workbook, rather than a picture of one.

To do this, click on Go Advanced (below the Edit Window) while you are composing a reply, then scroll down to and click on Manage Attachments and the Upload window will open. Click on Browse and navigate to (and double-click) the file icon that you want to attach, then click on Upload and then on Close this Window to return to the Edit window. When you have finished composing your post, click on Submit Post.

Please note that the Paperclip icon does not work.

    Hope this helps.

    Pete

    That makes more sens.
Please see example in attachment below.
In the Sheet1 there is input, excel file after convention from PDF.
In the Sheet2, the non grey area is the place I want to paste it (number of columns is always the same) with my attempts to solve it.
In the Sheet3 there is the output I want to achieve.

    Few info:
    1. Position of row with headers (290, 6050, ... ) may change after convention.
    2. Number of 1st columns and values may also change.
    3. PDF file has few pages and the number of them may also change.

    Hi guys,

    quick update.
I am still trying to solve it myself and I think I am quite close to the solution.
Technically I have only 1 problem left and this will be fully solved.
I will attach excel file with my work below.
In the non grey area there is a report I am going to paste daily, gray are my calculations and solutions.
As I said previously number of columns is constant, there will be always 17 item numbers and first 2 columns will be occupied by other identification numbers.
I almost came up with solution which is in cells AU7;FA53 although my solution do not include changes which my occur in row position, so if that will change my INDEX/MATCH function will not work.
Is there any chance to automatize it? When I will have more or less Indemnification numbers in column D;E and the row position with item numbers will change my INDEX/MATCH function will take it into consideration?
