Needed date validity reference formula

I have attached a sample excel list containing Validity date and Expiry date of Licences. There are four column. Column A for Licence holder's name.
Column B for Licence Issue date, Column C for Expiry date and Column D for Status of Licence- Available or Expired. I have a very long list. In Column D, I want a formula so if somenone's Licence is valid the Status (Column D) will dispaly Available text, and someone's Licence is expired- the status cell (Column D) will show Expired text. Please check attached file.
