Basically what i am trying to do is have excel look on sheet3 of my workbook and look in column D for "Yes" (there will only be one but it does change) and then refresh a cell on Sheet2. So if D1 is yes then it will refresh a1, if D2 is yes then refresh B2, etc... is this possible? I cant seem to figure this one out.

With regard to A1, B2, etc., what does "refresh" mean? What is in those cells and how do you want it "refreshed"?
They are linked to a webpage. So i need refresh the link to the website for updated info
A web link refresh based on changing cells can be done by macro. The details depend on how the "yes" is entered. Is it typed in, or the result of a formula? Also, I do not know of a way to refresh only selected cells in a web link; I think you have to refresh the whole page.
