    Hi,

I have an Excel Workbook for the company I work for that all of us have access to, yet whenever I try to open it on my computer, the data disappears and the rows change to 409.5 height. Opening other workbooks in Excel works fine on my computer. I am not sure why this is happening. I have tried to save the workbook as a different name, creating a new workbook with copies of the worksheets into the new workbook, opening in safe mode, nothing is working. If anyone has any help, please answer!!

    Welcome to the forum.

This sounds similar to problems reported on this technet(MS) site: https://social.technet.microsoft.com...ge?forum=excel
Most of the posters reported they were working with files in Excel97-2003 format (.xls) and this was happening to them in Excel 2010.

    Two solutions suggested there:
    1.
    - Open [Excel Options] dialog. ([File]-[Options])
    - Select [Advanced] tab, turn on [Cut, copy and sort inserted objects with their parent cells] option. (In [Cut, copy and paste] section)
This will not resize rows that are currently set to 409.5 but may stop this happening in the future.
    2.
Select the entire area you're working on, change the alignment from bottom (the default) to top.

I can't guarantee either of the methods will work, but probably worth trying.

I recently started a new job so am a bit busy and may not reply quickly. Sorry - it's not personal - I will reply eventually.
If your problem is solved, please go to 'Thread Tools' above your first post and 'Mark this Thread as Solved'.
If you use commas as your decimal separator (1,23 instead of 1.23) then please replace commas with semi-colons in your formulae.
You don't need to give me rep if I helped, but a thank-you is nice.
