The desired effect is that every cell in column A that contain a date whose day is THURSDAY to get the background color (with black letters) EXCEPT for today's Thursday that should have BOTH the background color AND red letters.
Figured it out.
aahh OK, left out the TODAY() test, but as long as you got it resolved, good job
