How to total values dynamically from different columns

Hello I am trying to find out how to sum totals that occurred on different dates without having to go through and add them up individually
I attached a photo of what I am trying to do but I did it manually there must be a way to do this dynamically so if as more dates are added or subtracted it will still keep the correct total.
