How to distribute students or employees to a course automatically ??

Hi guys,

I need your help guys,

i want to automate a system that is take employees data as a row data, and then distribute them to a list of courses automatically depends on their preferences like they preferred to have a course on the first quarter in a year, and then the system put the employees on that courses which occurs in the 1st quarter automatically.

another example, putting employees on an English course because their preferences in languages is to have an English course.

is that possible ?
