Help with multiple filter creation

I have created this excel sheet that I need to do multiple filters on. I have Column A set to filter by color because that was the only way I could get the column to filter the way I needed in because going down the column there were multiple headers that had sub categories below and i needed them to be associated with the proper header. The issue I have is that across column A above I have other Items I need filtered based on what filter is being displayed in column A. For example I have in column A the headers of Fruit, Food, Drinks color coordinated in red, green, blue they all have data underneath the headers. I have going across row 1 Outputs with healthy and unhealthy, healthy drink, unhealthy drink, dairy, meat. I fill out in each cell below unhealthy and healthy corresponding to each piece of data in column A with the word "check". What I want to accomplish is that when I filter Column A to show Just fruit for instance it also with display the unhealthy and healthy but it doesn't have to display for dairy and meat as fruit is either. Can this be done and if so how. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am attaching a sample excel so anyone can visualize what I am trying to accomplish.

I know the set up is incorrect in regards to a table the original format was on a website so obviously there are going to be spaces. My main concern is to be able to filter the food items on the side with its corresponding the columns in the output the checks in the website are actual check boxes.
