Percentage distribution based on another distribution

I’m looking for a solution which I think should be simple. I’ve been breaking my brain over this and that’s why I'm posting this question.

What I need to do is distribute a percentage distribution on 4 lines, based on a different distribution. I’ve added the file. I the first block you see a distribution through time. In the second block I only have the starting point, and it needs to get the same flow as the first block based on the new values.
All 4 lines should always add up to 100%.

Any ideas on how to get this done?

I added a section that calculates the absolute difference between each column and each row, and used that difference to change your starting points. Is this what you were looking for?

Design everything to be as simple as possible, but no simpler.

    Thanks!

However that's not the result I'm looking for, it shouldn't result in negative values.

Okay, can you elaborate on how you expect the second block of values to change over time in relation to the first block of values?
