Automatically fill second column with email

    Hello guys!
    Good day

    Kindly help in solving this

i want to make an excel sheet having

    NAME EMAIL USERNAME

Now i want to fill up my first column with name (either first name or second name), the second column should fill automatically with email address with a given domain name and the third column should also be filled with name from first column and some other word pickedup randomly from databank of words.

    For example

Name Email User Name Domain Data Bank
JohnSmith [email protected] JohnSmithCat example.com Bird
    glass
    cat

I hope, this example will make you understand.
    Looking forward for your help
    Regards

Re: Automatically fill second column with email

    have you tried ?

    b1=a1&"@"&c1

Forget the above answer, I did not read your question well enough.

How do we know what the name in A1 should be (based ond C1). What is the condition?

No bro, it could be any name in A1 but C1 generate username based on A1 & randomly chosen word from E

This is randomly chosen but will not remain the same without copy/paste values.

    Formula: copy to clipboard
