Need to get the total number of call raised

Hi,

Could someone help me in getting the result am looking in. Am attaching the file, in that sheet 1 (FCR-Raw Data) which covers the total number of issue raised by my team. in the work sheet "Agentwise Details" i want total number of calls raised by each individual based on the location.

Before doing this the data in 'FCR-Raw data' column B needs to be cleaned up to make it consistent with the references in 'Agentwise Details' B2:E2. There are "--" and "-" in the strings where the references are all "-". Example: IT-BLR and IT--BLR17260

Try this in B3 filled down and across.
