How to display a picture in a comment cell without embedding into the sheet/file

Hi Forum
I am trying to insert pictures on the comments boxes for a list of items of a catalog Im working on. However, I dont know how to actually just "display" them without embedding. I dont want the size of the excel file grow too large since each picture is approx 50k. Each time I use the Comment format/fill effect/picture what excel does is reads the pic file i grouped them in a separate folder then displays it, then when time to save/close the sheet, it embeds it thus the file size grows too large.
