Excel - IF OR LEFT nested statement

Hello All

I am tracking attendance for various people and I was wondering how could I get the ON cell (currently has #value) to show blank if one of the cells above (where the W8 is and the 4 below) have a W in it followed by a number (number can change), but still show if its a S or H (followed by a number) - such as the next column over where it has a 2

I have the formula i am using shown in the image attachment

Due to the type of data in the excel file, i am unable to upload it ...

You have not explained the combinations, can a w and an s appear at the same time and if so what happens?

=SUMPRODUCT((LEFT(A2:A5,1)="W")*(ISNUMBER(MID(A2:A5,2,1)*1)))>0 would give a true or a false to a W and a number

no sorry, only one letter will appear in one of the 5 cells
