Hi,
I teach English as a foreign language and want to print vocabulary cards for my students. The idea is to put all the German words on one sheet and all matching English words on another and to print them on the front and back side of one sheet. Of course this means that both vocabulary charts (English / GErman) have to be positioned in the exacte middle of both sheets. Since I want to make use of as much space (A4) as possible I want to have not more than 1/2 centimeter margin on all four sides of the sheet. You wouldn't believe it but it has taken me ages to figure out what width and length each cell should have to reach that aim.
Right now I am facing three problems:
As you can see the margin on the right hand side is still more than 1/2 centimeter. This causes a problem that the two charts will not match once they are printed on one sheet.
The other problem is that even if the first page was perfect I wouldn't know how to automatically apply not only the seize of the chart but also the formula included on the remaining pages. It would take a lot of time to to that per hand.
My third problem is the setup of the chart in the "Vokabelkarten English" folder. Here I only want 32 cells on one page, on each side of the chart 1/2 centimeter margin.
Anyone can help???
If you need any further explanations, please ask. The students loved the cards last year but far to often they did not match correctly and so some cards were spoiled. Also we try to include more information on the cards this year (where to find them in the book) and this makes it more complicated.
