I am Eslam and i just joined the forum.
I need your help guys how to show all data in excel 2013 or 2016 which is more than 20000 as by Filtering doesn't show everything i tried to do it by sorting once from the beginning and another from ending still I am losing data when i copy pasting from it.
I appreciate the help.
Excel limit:
Items displayed in filter drop-down lists - 10 000

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.
Remember to desensitize the data.
Click on GO ADVANCED and then scroll down to Manage Attachments to open the upload window.

try to create PivotTable from your source and display only this data what your really need

I too have been frustrated by Excel's filtering when try to copy and paste a filtered list. I get the message that the data selection is "too complicated." I believe this may be the size limit Sandy referred to. If that is the case it will be hard to put together a reasonably small example file to show the problem. I have not had trouble copying and pasting very large datasets if they are contiguous, so I think you are on the right track to sort the data rather than rely on filtered lists.
