CSV to Excel Conversion

Using Google Forms, I created a survey. The responses come in and when all is received, I convert the file to a CSV, then save it in Excel. My problem is the amount of time that is required to get it all to fit on a spreadsheet. I have to go into each cell that is too big and "wrap" it. Then I have narrow the margins and reduce the overall size to 80%, along with reducing the font size to 8. It all takes way too much time. I'm sure there's an easier way, but haven't figured it out yet. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks davesexcel, but I'm afraid I'm not advanced enough to even begin to understand your suggestion. It sounds like a good solution though. My knowledge of Excel is very basic.
