Hey guys,
So what I'm trying to do is basically have a list of stock down one column, then have a drop down menu that'll let me pick a store, which will show the amount of stock that store has ordered and the ability to add notes to the store like manager's name / phone number / email, last time I saw them, what I did there etc.

How many stores ?
How many rows of inventory ?
Do the images you've posted represent the entire layout you envision or is there more ?

It will make a difference as to how that data that is being pulled from is set up. I have set up sheet 2 so that it shows a possible arrangement and then how it could be pulled to sheet 1 using the following formulas:

Here is another approach that will require either some extra effort to complete (250 Stores) or perhaps someone would care to adjust the coding so everything is in
one Routine Module, negating the use of Sheet Level Modules being repeated. For a SMALL PROJECT it is fine as is.
