Valeu in the Cell of the Largest nonempty row reference

Hello!

I need to create a formula that will retrieve the value in the largest nonempty row reference.
On the attached file, this formula would look at row Data!N:N, then would find the largest nonempty row in that column (row 190), and then would retrieve the value 6, since it is the value in that row.
