Is it possible to update a filter on a power query from a cell in excel?
So if a filter has 100 options on the power query. Change cell A1 to a number 1-100 and it updates that filter.

Yes it is possible.
First name Sheet1!A1 using name manager. For an example lets call it "vFilter".
Then go into query editor and go to Advanced Editor, add a variable after let line. Call it "mFilter".
Now you can use mFilter as filter condition.
