    Can't Unhide Rows

    Help!

    I have hidden rows and I need to edit the formulas I have hidden.
    When I try to unhide rows excel freezes.


    Any help is appreciated.

    1048531 rows (9:1048539) is a lot of rows to hide. The only remedy I found was to select a smaller range of rows in the Name drop down box ... 8:1000 for example and then unhide those. Even 991 rows will take some time to unhide. With repeated steps you might be able to increase that range.

    Out of curiosity why hide that many rows?

    Hi,

    I hide everything that isn't active to give it a clean look for the audience.
    Of course, I bury formulas in the hidden parts - usually I am able to just unhide all!

    How do I select specific rows to unhide when they are hidden? I only need to unhide where my forumlas are so I can adjust. The would be in rows 9-25 or so.
