Hello. Setting up high school sports schedules for our newspaper. Each season I download the schedules from the schools in a particular Excel format and then spend HOURS editing them for style and spelling to get them ready for print.

If there is a wrestling tournament with a lot of teams, for instance, the cell for VISITING SCHOOL has a bunch of names in it. It gets presented like this:

Stoughton, Madison Memorial, Oregon, Verona, Madison West, Cambridge, Brodhead, Cambria-Friesland, Dodgeville, Edgerton, Montello, Palmyra-Eagle, Poynette, Whitewater, Walworth Big Foot, Deerfield, Merrill

Is there a way I can set up a keystroke or command click that would SORT this list ALPHABETICALLY and plug it back into the cell, so the cell would read like this:

Brodhead, Cambria-Friesland, Cambridge, Deerfield, Dodgeville, Edgerton, Madison Memorial, Madison West, Merrill, Montello, Oregon, Palmyra-Eagle, Poynette, Stoughton, Verona, Walworth Big Foot, Whitewater

I have been copying them, pasting them into Word, doing a search/replace to change comma-space to paragraph, doing a sort, changing paragraph back to comma-space, and pasting it back in. It's fine for the first 400 times but after that it becomes TEDIOUS!

Thanks.
