Help with a formula to determine repeat customers, and if they upgrade

    Hi,

So I'd love a little help.

I'm trying to work out my percentage of repeat versus new customers based on whether or not they've attended an event of ours in the past - but also if they've chosen to run the same distance, or another, as in they can choose between a 5km& 10km race distance, and on some othe events we have a 15km race.

The sheet goes a little like this...

Event Name Event ID Order no. Order Date Prefix First Name Surname Suffix Email Guest Of Guestlist Quantity Ticket Type

It's probably best to compare based on their email addresses?
