I have a problem with Solver.I need for my research that the variables assume a specific range of value.In this case only these values:
0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4
How can i do that?

If four of you variables shall have specific values and the sum of these are 1.0 then your last variable mus be 0 if the result should be 1???
So why do you need solver???

here is the correct spreadsheet
You could do it like this:
E4: =D4/10 E9: =SUM(E4:E8)
Maximize B30 by changing D4:D8, constrained as integers >=1, <=4, D8 constrained to =1.

Not knowing what you're trying to do, it looks fine.
BTW, you can set those constraints en masse, e.g.,
F4:F7 >= 0
F4:F7 <= 10
