I would like to add an "Hours Available" column for both Personal "P" & Vacation "V" time to the attached PTO-Forum file.
The issue I am having is with creating a function that will add Anniversary hours (AF, AG) when the "Hire Date" (AD) < current date (Day and Month, excluding year). I should be able to then create a simple sum formula to add in "Cary Over" (B, C), less "Hours Used" (AB, AC) Columns.
Any help is greatly appreciated,
