Macro to reduce the .xlsb file size

Dear Experts,

I have created a workbook in .xlsb format but after completion the file size has reached at 16Mb. I have tried by removing the formatting, and ctrl+end and delete the unused rows and columns but still the file size is not getting down.

If anyone can please help me would be highly appreciated.

I did not get you. Will you please elaborate.

You dont give any detail about your file. It may be that it should be 16MB.

How much content do you have roughly? How many sheets, how many rows/columns per sheet? What kind of data (static, formulas, charts, images, etc)?

If you can post a sanitized copy that would be most helpful.

It contains around 40 worksheets and each worksheet contains approximately 20 columns n 100 rows data. In around 15 sheets contains graphs.

Request to you please do help me out.
