How to wait until XML load the website?

If I am run macro once again and once again very quick i have an error connected with loading the website.
What can i do to force application to wait?

maybe something more complex? 10 seconds it is a lot of time - i am doing calculator so i want to force it to work as fast as possible.

Why do you replace :// for / and these signs are reversed ? (my code: //, your code \\)?
