F-test two samples for variances

Dear all, I have onset dates for observed and simulated for 30 years and I want to test if the variance are statistically similar or different. I used excel data analysis but I have results only for one-tailed but I need result for two-tailed. My alpha level is at 0.05. Please can someone help me out in determining my results at two-tailed? See the results attached. For the t-test both the one-tailed and two-tailed results are given. Thank you.
