Night Hours Timesheet Calculation

Hi there,

I was hoping that someone would be able to help me with the following query:

I am building a new timesheet for our company and I am wanting it to automatically calculate the number of night hours per day from several in and out times.

Night hours are from 9pm to 6am.

Below is a sample of what I am trying to calculate timesheet:

Attendance MON TUES WED
START TIME 7:30 7:30 3:00
FINISH TIME 12:00 0:00 4:00
START TIME 12:30
FINISH TIME 16:30
START TIME 17:30
FINISH TIME 18:30
START TIME 19:30
FINISH TIME 20:30
START TIME 21:30
FINISH TIME 22:30

Total Hours 11.50 16.50 1.00
Night hours

Can you please help work out how to automatically calculate the Night hours row.

Thank you. Yes they can. If this happens the finish time for that night will be 00:00 and the start time on the next day will be 00:00.
