I have a user who has three Excel files. If she opens file two or three first then file one, file one doesn't work, the lookup macro will not show any data. However if file one is opened first and then two or three is opened, file one will work and the macro will always lookup the data.
She is the only person who gets this issue as others in her dept have the same three files opened in any order using the same spec PCs. They access the files from the network drive. I tried using an email link, the direct file and one sent as an attachment in an email then moved to the desktop, but all did the exact same.
We had to build her a new PC a few weeks ago to upgrade from Win 7 to Win 10.
Could it be an issue with Win 10, her user profile or a Microsoft update?
