Data validation - Have assignments based on teams using validation

Hello,

I have tried to search for a solution for the problem I am having with my worksheet. I am trying to use Data Validation for creating drop downs for Project teams (B14). But then I want to have the drop down in (G14) to reflect/drop down only the people who are assigned to the given Project team.

Is there a way to do this with Data Validation and Vlookup? Or is there another way I should be thinking about this?

I have attached the spreadsheet that I am working off of. Currently I have the data validation pulling from the second sheet "Team-Data Validation".
