I was wondering if it is possible to make a sheet that would encompass projects, personnel and dates. Something like a Gannt chart but with one more element to it.
So the Y would be projects and X would be a combination of both dates and people who are assigned to certain parts. Gannt chart with bars being multicolored and each color representing a certain individual I guess would be the simplest way to do it.
Anyone have any ideas? Or how would i be able to pull this off.

Cells in column A have been merged.
Cells in columns B and E are entered manually.
Cell C2 is entered manually then C3 and down are populated using: =WORKDAY(D2,1)
Cells in column D are populated using: =WORKDAY(C2,E2)
A bar chart is chosen with chart range: =Sheet1!$A$1:$C$6,Sheet1!$E$1:$E$6
The fill for the first series, Start, is set to 'No Fill'.
For the second series, Duration, fill is set to solid and a color selected.
The values in the horizontal axis are set as dates using Format Axis > Number > Date
The values in the vertical axis are set using Format Axis > Axis Options > Categories in reverse order.
I may have forgotten some of the steps so let us know if you have any questions, or upload a sample of your data so that we may attempt to make a chart that matches your request.
