Pricing on booking form for a Families Club

I’m looking for help and advice.im creating a new booking form for a Families Club that I want to self generate a price using drop down menus. So your first option will be a start finish time the difference will give me the hours required for. Then if they want they want bar hire if a no it’s a simple time x 10 an hour however if they require cleaner drop down is yes then add £20 and if they want soft play drop down yes add £20 a further £50 will be added as a deposit. If they click yes to bar then the rate will go up dependant on number of guest which is in a drop menu 0-100 100-150 etc and price goes up so starts at£25 hr then £35 hr. then same as before if they click yes to cleaner add £20 yes to soft play add £50 yes to dj add £25 and the deopisit will need to be £100 I want th systemto generate the price from there option how do I do this? I’ve added picture of current form in word but I want to create this in excel so it’s just option and generates a price so that it will self generate an invoice from the quote.

    Re: Bookings

you need to create a workbook with your format, some sample data and expected results. attaché the file and we can add formulas to your sheet but we can't create the file for you.

    Aliwell, welcome to the Forum!

Please take the time to review our rules. There aren't many, and they are all important. Rule #1 requires good titles. I have updated it for you this time because you are a new member.

I would agree that you will get better responses if you do some thinking up front to create an Excel file that will serve as a starting point. If you want someone to create a solution from scratch and you don't have any takers in the free forum, you can post in Commercial Services and offer payment.

Re: Pricing on booking form for a Families Club

Hey all, Thank you for the help so far, so I have created a basic sheet. I have left the original information at the bottom.
But in a break down what I want to achieve is this:
    If C21 = No then I21*£10
    If C21 =Yes, and cell H15 0-100 then *I21 by £25 and add £100
    If C21 =Yes, and cell H15 100-150 then *I21 by £35 and add £100
    If C21 =Yes, and cell H15 150-200 then *I21 by £45 and add £100
    If C21 =Yes, and cell H15 200-250 then *I21 by £50 and add £100
    on top of that if cells E21 = Yes Add "25, If F21 = Yes add £25 If cell G21 =Yes Add £20 then add £10 H21.
    Giving a total price.

Re: Pricing on booking form for a Families Club

Thank You for changing the title.
I am assuming that you want to put a formula into cell D24 that will give the quote price.
    Try the following:
    1) Paste the following formula into cell I15: =(VALUE(RIGHT(H15,3))-50)/50
For aesthetic purposes the font of cell I15 could be changed to match the background (white).
    2) Paste the following formula into cell D24:
    Formula: copy to clipboard
Please Login or Register to view this content.

The formula does not address the values in cell G21 as that cell's drop down isn't a simple yes or no. I feel that we could include a calculation based on G21 if more explanation is given as to how the values in G21 should impact the value in D24.
Let us know if you have any questions.
