Excel filter is not working

Hi, I am facing a problem to apply filter option in Excel 2010. Spreadsheet has filter option active in row 10 but not working after clicking in the cell. I removed the filter using short cut but cannot bring it again. If so it is not working when I clicked. Please see the attached screenshot.

Also Sort & filter option also stop working in Home tab.

It was a shared excel and we 6 people are using this by Excel 2010, 2013 and 2016 users? Is it for this reason?

I know when file was shared, filter add/remove won’t work but I removed share facility but still filter is not working.

Sometimes I found tab and scroll are missing, then I add them from Advanced option of Excel but what about this filter?
