Duplicates remove based on 3 columns criteria

Hello all,

Quick question.

I have 3 columns with different data:

Name | Code| Booking Code
John | 1 | A
John | 1 | A
John | 2 | A
George | 2 | B
George |2 | C
George |2 | C

I want to remove duplicates that apply in all the three columns criteria so the results from the above would be:

Name | Code| Booking Code
John | 1 | A
John | 2 | A
George | 2 | B
George |2 | C

Do you know how you can do something like that in excel?
